See Ya Next Year!

Well, 2007 has come and nearly gone and I want to take this opportunity to thank all of you who faithfully check my website and blog. I am overwhelmed by the amount of business I have done this year since moving back to Carteret County. I appreciate all of you who have allowed me to get to know your children and to photograph them this year. Look for many great new things in 2007 from Alyson Dart Photography!

On that note, I am leaving town for the next ten days to visit family on the other side of the country. I will be checking my email, but will not be working/editing while I am vacationing (except for the sessions I have scheduled out in Utah!)

My Little Bridge Runner

This little guy was so cute. He ran up and down the little bridge at the museum at least a hundred times during his session! Beautiful Girls on a Cold, Blustery Day!

I photographed these girls last Saturday and it was soooooo cold! The wind was really blowing and I felt so bad that these girls had to keep braving the elements to try and get some cute pictures. I was able to get some great smiles and we're gonna have another go at it when it gets warmer!

Great Color and Great Kids

I had a shoot this morning with some great kids. They were so cute. It took them a little bit to warm up to me, but they came around and we were able to get some great shots. The colors at this location were wonderful. I will going back many times in the future. Here's a little preview! Aly

Little Cooper

I photographed my first baby in a while on Saturday. Little Cooper was so cute. It was obvious that he was pretty fond of his mom. Jenny- I hope you like these and there are many more to come!

Loving the 'Tweens

Lately I have been able to photograph several " 'tween" age kids and I must admit, it is becoming my favorite age! I guess a 'tween can be defined as somewhere between toddlerhood and teenagers, thus the name 'tweens.

This brother and sister were especially fun to photograph. They have such different personalities, but both are great in their own way. These are a few of my favorites thus far in the editing process!

A Good Friend and Her Beautiful Children

I did a shoot this week for a good friend of mine and her two beautiful daughters. It was so much fun and I LOVE their outfits in! Lisa, I'll let you know as soon as I get them done. Love you, Aly

Another Beauty!

Yet again, I was able to work with a beautiful little girl. Her eyes are to die for. She had so much personality and had so many great ideas for poses and locations. I told her I'm gonna call her mom to see of she can be my assistant for my next shoot! These are a couple of my favorites from the session so far. Enjoy!

New Haircut

I photographed this little guy a couple of weeks ago and I got some really cute images of him. Right after our shoot, he got a new haircut, so his mom wanted a few shots of the new do, so they tagged along with a friend at their shoot. Does he not have the prettiest eyes!? Cooling Off!

It has been so hot here lately, so the kids cool off anyway they can. These are a few pics of my nieces, Eden and Jacy, after running through the sprinklers with my sister, Leah. They had a great time and I had fun practicing on them! Enjoy.
